Youth Voice. Safer Roads. Stronger Communities.

The Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® is a public-awareness and youth leadership initiative of CDMA Business Model® Academy of Greater Washington, Inc. designed to bring students, families, schools, community partners, and public safety voices together around one shared goal: safer roads for everyone. This platform gives young people a meaningful role in conversations about safe driving, pedestrian awareness, passenger responsibility, distracted driving prevention, and community safety.

Traffic safety affects students every day — walking to school, riding with family or friends, crossing intersections, attending events, using public transportation, or preparing to become drivers. Through Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall®, youth are encouraged to listen, speak, lead, and become part of the solution.

Why This Initiative Matters

Roadway safety is not only about cars and streets. It is about protecting lives, building awareness, and helping young people understand how responsible choices can impact families, schools, and entire neighborhoods.

Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® creates space for prevention-focused education, youth advocacy, and community dialogue. The initiative supports safer decision-making while helping students develop leadership, communication, civic engagement, and public-awareness skills.

Certification & License Pathway Options Available

As part of the broader traffic safety and youth leadership experience, CDMA Business Model® Academy of Greater Washington, Inc. may introduce students and families to certification and license pathway options connected to roadway safety, responsible driving, and community preparedness.
